The Association “The World in a glass” was born with the vocation to create, promote and spread the culture of drink in all its noblest forms. Meant to be a reference in which people, means and love to the drink makes it important to any initiative associated with them.
The World in a glass ships all over Italy through SDA Express Courier . In this way the delivery is made within 3-4 business days to shipping on the whole national territory. Deliveries will not be made outside the Italian territory.
All orders containing products available, of which it is the received confirmation of payment, are generally delivered to the courier for shipping, on the business day following the order. In addition, it is possible to know in every moment the position of the products purchased through the shipment code that is provided to you via e-mail. The goods travel with packaging made by the manufacturer and in cardboard boxes properly closed out by one of our operators. The time of delivery of the goods ordered are for guidance only and may be subject to change for reasons of force majeure. Upon receipt of the products the User is required to verify that the number of packages delivered matches the number indicated in the letter of the carrier and that the packaging of the same are intact and do not show any tampering and are not damaged or wet. If there is no correspondence between what was ordered and what was delivered, or the User finds anomalies in the packaging, you should not sign the delivery note and will raise the dispute directly to the carrier. Otherwise, the User can no longer raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered or the correspondence with the order.
The carrier makes the first delivery without notice. The Delivery at the addressee's Domicile provides for the signature for acceptance of the recipient or of the person authorised to withdraw. In the case of non-delivery for absence of the recipient, it is left to a first notice by the courier (copy of the waybill), a second notice will be delivered by the post office jurisdiction.
The parcels for which it has not been possible the delivery on the first attempt, will be forwarded to the post office that delivery will be at the door prior forwarding to the recipient of the notice of stock, as specified above. After seven working days from the date of issue of the second notice, the parcel will be returned to the sender with costs paid by him equal to those required for the shipment, excluding the ancillary services.
The Customer may be contacted by The World in a glass to determine the reasons for which the delivery is not successful. The World in a glass in case delivery is not successful on the responsibility of the client, may decide to return the merchandise in its warehouses, with the consequent cancellation of the order and nothing will be owed to the Customer. No responsibility can be attributed to The World in a glass in case of delay in execution of the order or delivery of goods ordered. For these reasons, the Client must communicate at the time of the order if there are special requirements for the delivery, so as to put in conditions to supply the service even more efficient with a relative increase of expenses .

In the case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, we will not be liable to customer for delay or non-execution of deliveries and we have the right to terminate in whole or in part the contract, or to suspend or postpone the execution.
